Though Aaron and the service was great, there was a bit of a communication issue. I never received the text that was sent to inform me that my car was ready in the morning. I called all day, left messages, spoke with operators and couldn’t reach the service department because nobody would answer the phone. Finally at 5:30, I got ahold of another operator and expressed my frustration and she had to walk over to the service department to see if my car was ready. It had been ready since the morning.
