We had an a/c problem and arranged a service date with Nally Acura. Met with Charles Hart when dropped off and was well received and given info on car check and told we would receive a call when repaired. Repair was completed earlier than expected and again when we arrived to pick up again met with Charles. All was explained fully and professionally by Charles and car again checked for completion before leaving. Excellent experience and congratulations to Charles and technicians!
