The service tech made an error with the pricing of the tires. However, he adjusted the amount. I was happy and thank you for vacuuming and washing the car. Lastly the ability to have a Uber pick me up when the was ready was a bonus. These little things matter Very pleased!

went well, except technicians forgot to reset the oil sensor, i couldn't reach Aaron and so i had to make a trip back to Acura and get it corrected. otherwise, everything else was great.

The process took way too long. With today's technology and innovations, coming into the dealership to buy a vehicle should be much more efficient. Especially if the buyer has no issues and is ready to purchase a vehicle. Not saying this is the salesman Brian Morgans fault but it's an overall inefficient process that needs to be streamlined for a serious buyer purchasing a high end car. Way too many old school sales tactics especially with the finance manager.
