The process took way too long. With today's technology and innovations, coming into the dealership to buy a vehicle should be much more efficient. Especially if the buyer has no issues and is ready to purchase a vehicle. Not saying this is the salesman Brian Morgans fault but it's an overall inefficient process that needs to be streamlined for a serious buyer purchasing a high end car. Way too many old school sales tactics especially with the finance manager.

I needed to deal with a recall and made the appointment several weeks out. Got to the dealer and Ed Wilkey had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. He called a few days later to tell me it was ready so I picked it up the next day. The whole process went just as Ed had described.
