Rob was fantastic. Very thorough and friendly.

My car was towed to the dealer with a totally flat tire. Although it was late in the day and I had no appointment, Nalley service repaired the tire for me while I waited. Service rep Charles was very helpful, checking inventory to make sure a replacement tire was in stock if needed, and setting me up in the waiting area. It turned out that the existing tire could be repaired, which I appreciated.

I had to come in to sign some paperwork and while there had the upholstery and paint guard applied. It was quick and easy!

Justin was a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured, he took his time with us and was very knowledgeable.

Who ever did the service on my RDX forgot to top off the windshield wiper fluid. I did go back and a very nice gentleman immediately came out and replenished it. Other than that everything else went well.

Easy drop off and pick up. Good communication.

Rob Johnson is excellent as a greeter and knows his product well. He kept me well informed during the whole process. K started as a manufacturer"s recall but ended being much more. All details were tended to and the vehicle seems to be running well.
