It was a quick and efficient drop-off experience. Received a text within minutes after dropping off vehicle telling me what the cost of the standard service was going to be and asking for confirmation if I would like to proceed. I then received a text a few hours later saying that my car was ready for pickup and that it also received the complimentary car wash. Very efficient communication with also an efficient pick-up experience.

Angelika was very professional and courteous. She took the time to go through all of the features in the car. The buying process was very efficient without the back and forth you may experience at other dealers. The finance part was a bit slow as we were told they had someone new in the finance office that day.
