My experience was great! The wait was a little over an hour. Nice, clean waiting area with small cubicle-like space, tv, chairs spaced out, snacks and water available. The attendant keeps you updated on the progress of the work being done. The team is straight forward and honest with the customers, and I greatly appreciate that! No worries about people trying to get over or be misleading…I received an email offer for a free birthday car wash and multi-point inspection! Love it!
