I was required to pay for the oil change although the car was under warranty. The oil life was at 30%, not the required 15%. I was preparing to take a 1400 mile trip and felt it was necessary to go ahead and get the oil change. Otherwise, I would have canceled the oil change and returned later. I will only have had one oil change under warranty. Disappointed.

Very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by both Justin and Tony with the entire purchase experience. They were engaging and readily able to answer all of our questions. Being that the MDX had more technology features than my Jeep Grand Cherokee there was a learning curve that Tony was quickly able to navigate us through👏👏👏👏. Thank you both.

Aaron my advisor is ALWAYS great. He answers all my questions and keeps me updated on what is going on with my vehicle. However, this time, I was not happy with the tech. I don't know if checking all the fluids is a part of the oil change service, if not, then please ignore this. But if so, my car had no wiper fluid and the coolant was extremely low. I was on vacation this week and had to purchase the fluids during my road trip, which I didn't expect as I had my car serviced on Tuesday March 26, 2024.

I went to Nalley to have the battery in my key fob changed and my tire checked. Charles let me know that he would get my vehicle seen as soon as possible even though I didn’t have an appointment. I received a notification that I needed 2 new tires and an alignment. Charles came to explain why these 2 things were important in a way that I could understand. He checked on me and kept me updated throughout the visit. He was very professional and friendly. As always, I had great service at Nalley.

Sean was an excellent person to help us with our purchase. He knew the car very well. He was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
