Went in to look at an Integra I saw online. I had called and setup an appointment. I was helped by a very nice Sales agent - Charlie Barlow. I did a test drive. He asked if I wanted to purchase and I said this was the car I liked best of the ones I had seen online but if that was the price I was going to look at some other cars. He went to speak to his manager and David Bowman came back to speak with me. He explained that computer programs helped them determine value, price, etc but he would see if there was anything they could do on the price but there wouldn't be thousands it could be reduced. He came back with a price that I felt was good enough and I decided to buy then. We did all the paperwork at Charlie's desk - no visiting finance and other people - and I told them I would be back in two days to pick up the car. When I arrived, Charlie had the vehicle ready and he answered some last-minute questions and I left. I felt like they truly wanted me to be happy and both Charlie and David were extremely customer-focused. Additionally, I felt they both knew and liked Acuras.

Good service except missing one tire stem valve cap. Technician needs to make sure they are all tightened.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival and given instructions/ details about the services I was having completed.
