new technicians need more training, i had to turn around and return to dealer so my service advisor could fix the poor job on a simple task of replacing the cabin air filter. glove box was missing bolts and off center and misaligned

I was greeted by intake staff and then escorted to my service advisor David Feree. I was able to relax in waiting room and David kept me updated.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with the sales person (Chris Pugh). In fact, this is the second Acura MDX Chris has sold me in 5 years and he remains very knowledgeable and thoroughly consistent in his approach to quality sales. However, the finance manager (Joshua Taylor) rushed me through the buying process without clearly explaining my options. After negotiating a fair purchase price on the vehicle in good faith, he added an appearance protection package of $1190.00 without my being aware. I was certainly aware of the basic protection package and GAP insurance options I purchased but had zero knowledge of the additional package added to the contract. Perhaps it was miscommunication but I walked away feeling like I was duped into buying an expensive appearance package that I will certainly never use. And for that reason I rate my overall experience a 4 instead of an experience that could have easily been a 5.
