The service department standards have went down tremendously when I bought my first ACURA maybe about five or six years ago. It was top-tier now when, I go I have to ask for them to do things that should come with the service.My recent visited I had asked my service advisor to make sure they put windshield wiper fluid in the car and it was not done. They half wash your car. It looks worse than it did prior to bringing in! My understanding now is that they only vacuum the front part of your car and not the rear, what sense does that make?If I am going to get five minute oil change service, why should I bring my car to the dealership? Not pleased at all!!!!!

Service was great a usual. The team took care of my issue and I was out of there in short order with no hassle.
