The actual service was as expected within the 3-5 days timeline. However, the customer service to setup the recall appointment was horrible. Text response time was multiple days between text messages which was unprofessional since as customers need to schedule other life committments beside the recall so having a timely response time is considerate of others time. It was very inconvenient having to schedule with designated recall staff instead of any service provider. Not sure if the individuals sending the text messages are Nalley staff but if not it's important they represent the brand well and based on my experience they did not which did impacts my willingness to get other services beyond the recall. Additionally, the staff offered no apology for their untimely responses. Unacceptable customer service.

Visited for my complimentary oil change. While there, the service manager took care of the recall on my vehicle. It only took 2 hours.
