Very good. Rob was my service leader. My car needed a complete repair with a crankshaft, so it took longer. It did take longer than I expected, but the techs got into more work including I think ordering additional parts. This is the car my son drives, so wasn’t a big deal. We have four Acuras- 2010,!2014, 2015, and a 2020 and a satisfied.

I was able to schedule my service appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. I was greeted when I arrived and my vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner with updates provided regularly, each step of the way…thus, an excellent experience!

There was a longer wait then I expected, but the Service Rep did inform me of that at the onset of the service appointment. In my case I had driven 2 hours for the appointment, so rescheduling myappointment was not an option. But besides that, the service was excellent.

Jason was very patient,informative,and personable. Tha customer waiting area was very clean and comfortable permitting you to work while you wait.
