Andrew and Marvin were both excellent. I came in to have air put in a tire that had gone flat. While waiting I looked around and Andrew helped me. Once the car was ready I proceeded to go home and Andrew left for the day. My husband wanted service to find out why the tire was flat and while it was being checked out I looked around with the assistance of Marvin this time. It was discovered that I had cracked rims and one was letting the air out of the tire. My husband decided to join me and we actually started the process of trading the car in that evening. Andrew came back and exclaimed that when I said I’d have to bring my husband back he didn’t realize it would be so soon! We didn’t either; it was not planned that way. Nevertheless, both guys handled us very well and you never saw any friction between or from either one of them. They tagged team to give us a wonderful experience that lasted a couple of days and resulted in another purchase.
