My Service Advisor, Ashleigh, was incredibly accommodating and professional. When I had to return the next day for a related issue, she took ownership of the problem and saw to it. I bought my car new at Nalley BMW and all my service work have been done there. This is the first time I have felt it necessary to complete a survey and share my experience.

It would have been five stars but I am disappointed your dealership no longer offers loaner vehicles or agrees to put customers in rental cars when necessary.

Took my 2011 BMW 328i in for the two recalls, service was performed the same day. My only issue is that the service advisor was not available to check me out so I had the wait for the delivery of my vehicle.
