I had a great experience. After my 7 Series had to be jump started on 12/18/2018, I headed straight to Nalley BMW. I appeared at Nalley around 5PM. Michael Innocent and Patrick Lannan determined the battery (installed 03/13/2014) needed to be replaced. So, around 7PM the battery had been replaced, an oil service had been performed, all fluids were topped off, tire pressures had been set to specs and I drove home very happy.
