I needed the 80000 mile tune-up done on my RDX. Everything was done as promised. Everyone I dealt with was respectful of my time and happy to accommodate me. The only thing that I thought needed improvement on was that some oil must have spilled on the engine when the oil was changed. I smelled burning oil for the next week or so, therefore only 4 stars given.

My only complaints about my last 2 trips to Nalley is details were left out. On this visit , one of my tires was left with low pressure. So here I am looking around for air to top off my drivers side rear after spending about 500.00 for service . On the visit before the notification for service was not reset ; called and the service manager "talked" me through it.... but left my car on and battery ran down when I was due for surgery. Finish the details ,all of them!
