Used drive in fast lane service to have brake service indicator checked. Was able to get that and other needed services handled as well, all without having an appointment. Service advisor was very customer oriented. This was a pleasant change (prior advisor with whom I'd had bad experience was no longer there - good move Nalley!)

Overall a nice visit for routine service. Waiting area could be more comfortable and the car wash missed the rear of the car, which made the car look awkward. The bmw service rep whom I had the appointment with was excellent.

My tail light 💡 is still out .. that was one ☝️ of the thing I came to get fix.. but my service was good
