Overall a nice visit for routine service. Waiting area could be more comfortable and the car wash missed the rear of the car, which made the car look awkward. The bmw service rep whom I had the appointment with was excellent.

My tail light 💡 is still out .. that was one ☝️ of the thing I came to get fix.. but my service was good

The customer service is excellent. I was pulled in by a representative and got me started ASAP with my service advisor and I was on my way after 2.5 hour waiting for my vehicle. With the work I had performed on my vehicle that was great timing for those services.
