My advisor Cindy is wonderful. She is the only reason I keep coming back. The overall service is terrible. After a month, my car was returned to me without required repairs because they didn’t have parts. Unacceptable.

Kelvin was very professional in dealing with my car issue. He clearly explained the service, costs and what the warranty will pay for. I left satisfied that my car was repaired. My only issue was there were no BMW loaner cars available. Kelvin did call Enterprise to get me a rental car but I made other transportation plans

I was that it would be 1hr and45 min to complete the service on my car. How ever after the time had expired my husband went out check and found out from the rep that it had been misplaced..After the car was located the rep came back in and apologized put a rush to get the service done and took care of the service.
