Good experience. Main issue was vehicle had to stay over the weekend due to warranty payments only being processed on weekdays.

I wa assisted by Amber... she was astute, concerned, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. I also found her to be enthusiastic and highly professional. I’ve been a BMW customer over 42 years... 20 of those years my car was serviced at Nalley. I own a 740 and 6 series 6 speed .. so I am very service driven. By far Amber was my best experience at Nalley.

I goofed up on my appointment but the service advisor was pretty cool and did his best to get me out quickly.
