Service is Excellent as always. Service Techs/Kelvin (and Arron) are great people and a joy to work with.

I had a two o’clock appointment, but I was able to arrive earlier. When I got there I notice that there was a lot of customers there waiting on service on their vehicle. I thought once I checked in that I wouldn’t be seen until my appointment time by the service representative. To my surprise with in 15 minutes my name was called by the service rep and the service was started right away on my vehicle.

I scheduled my service appointment online for 10:00 am. I showed up at 9:30 and they immediately took my car in for service. I was in and out and had my brake fluid flushed and refilled. The staff is friendly and informative. I highly recommend Nally BMW of Decatur.
