the work was excellent, my representative was excellent and went the extra mile. it seemed that the rate limiting step was the concierge desk for the loaner. it was my observation that they were very much "not in a hurry" as I watched them saunter around outside , and i had to leave with uber before getting the loaner.

I was handled as soon as I drove up. Once inside, I was warmly greeted by the woman serving coffee and donuts. My service advisor was friendly and answered my questions and my car was ready in a decent amount of time.
