Service, sales finance and customer service was great. I love the car and the dealership. I have made it my favorite in BMW Connected.

Nalley Acura always takes great care of me and my car. My satisfaction is at the top of their list, Ed Wilkey is the main reason I return. I trust him to shoot me straight. Paying for honest factory service is worth more to me than the multiple independent stores out there.

Recall work handled as expected. Was about a year between recall notice and part availability. Too bad you don’t handle recalls on weekends. I had to juggle stuff at work. But positive experience (as recall work goes I suppose.) everyone at the dealership was professional.

Really appreciate the new status updates inflight and the flexibility to get these via txt, as I am not always available to jump on a call. Nice reception & waiting area, which coupled with staff with a great attitude always makes a visit a good experience.
