Service personnel greeted me in such a way as to make me feel he was glad I was there to get my car serviced. He was thorough and efficient as always and let me know about how long my wait would be. Waiting area was nice, clean and had an abundance of snacks and beverages. Very pleasant and positive experience.

Overall, the dealership (Acura) did a good job. My service advisor, Donovan Clarke, has been attentive and on the ball. However, twice after repairs, they ran my RDX through the car wash and it tore up the drivers side step board. I'm waiting for a 2nd replacement.
