I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. I did not leave there until almost 1:00.Don’t waste time waiting on the car to be washed, honestly couldn’t tell it had been washed.My last service at Nalley included tires and a front end alignment…I had to make another appointment/repeat visit because the car was still out of alignment after being there for 4 hrs.

Easy in and out. However, I was surprised that my car was not washed. Also no travel accommodations to and from the service center. So about an hour time I had to travel each way
