I attempted to have my oil changed, but I was told the oil pan plug could not be removed. I would likely need a new oil pan at a cost of nearly $1200. Nalley has done all of my recent oil changes, but they hold no responsibility for the plug or problems removing it.My car was running perfectly fine when I went in for service. They topped off my fluids and reset the system. The next day the cars check engine light began flashing, and the engine wildly vibrating. They took no responsibility for the condition and only offered to diagnose the problem for $270.I now have major problems with my car and Honda wants to assume no responsibility for their actions.

The customer Service I received from Mr. Wheeler was exceptional

Friendly service. Took longer than expected, but it was almost at the end of the day. Still they got the job done for me & I was back on the road and on my way.
