My experience with Goines Lee is great!

I came to Honda to get my a/c looked at due to it blowing hot and I recently discovered a recall or extended warranty for the issues I was having. I would like to say Donna King the receptionist was top tier with her communication and service. She went above and beyond on explaining how my appt would go and what would be covered, and what additional fees would remain. It was hassle to get in touch with a Honda closer to me so her promptly efficient service with scheduling my appointment it was truly appreciated. My technician advisor Lee Goin was great as well, he communicated accurately on how long the service would take and educated me on what exactly would be done.
