Horrible!!!! Sat there from 10 to 5 pm just for a diagnosis test

My experience was great! I came in for a routine oil change. I was greeted by my service technician Tammy upon arrival. She was so nice accommodating. While sitting in the wait area, I was able to see updates on my phone and that was pretty cool. Additional maintenance was suggested to be completed on during the visit. Tammy helped provide clarity on why each service was suggested but she did make me feel pressured to get all the services completed that day. She explained the importance of the services since I have an older car with a lot of mileage. In the end, I did some additional work completed on my car for preventative measures. I am looking forward to my next oil change and hope to work with Tammy again.
