I attempted to have my oil changed, but I was told the oil pan plug could not be removed. I would likely need a new oil pan at a cost of nearly $1200. Nalley has done all of my recent oil changes, but they hold no responsibility for the plug or problems removing it. My car was running perfectly fine when I went in for service. They topped off my fluids and reset the system. The next day the cars check engine light began flashing, and the engine wildly vibrating. They took no responsibility for the condition and only offered to diagnose the problem for $270. I now have major problems with my car and Honda wants to assume no responsibility for their actions.

Mr. Tutt and co did a wonderful job on my car and explained everything along the way. I was very appreciative of him going over my car maintenance schedule and letting me know what was due and the status of everything. I highly recommend.

Service Advisor De’Andre Terry was awesome. The customer service and kindness this young man gave was exceptional, he set great standards for your company. I’ve been a customer there for 8 years and never experienced this type care. Mr. Terry should be a Lead for others.
