Troy and Zack went above and beyond in helping me resolve my recent service issue. I did not expect such expedient attention and remedy of the issue. Upon my arrival Troy was ready to address my concern. My expectations were to have the issue corrected but Troy not only took my car back for repairs, but he made additional notes and escalated the situation to Zack. Zack was as equally concerned and spoke to me and assured me that he would handle the matter. Not only did Zack handle the matter, but to my surprise, he gave me something for my time and inconvenience of having to bring the vehicle back in again. I did not ask Zack or Troy for these additional concessions or services, they took the liberty and did these above and beyond things themselves. I cannot express enough my gratitude of these two service men for their concern and professionalism in this matter. Their service allows me to feel safe and confident that I will always receive the best when I visit Nalley Honda. Thank you both so much for everything. Honda has two great assets on their team. De'Andre was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and truly understanding. It was a pleasure working with him. I've been coming to this location for years, and I've never received service of this caliber until I worked with De'Andre. If I can't work with him, I will gladly reschedule. He should be training the other advisors, as his level of service sets a new standard.
