I was a good morning for a oil change i was in and out in one hour my appoint was at 8pm so i was there before 8pm so the took me in

They did everything right. And in a timely manner.

I needed an oil change and key made from my spare key. Sariah, service advisor, explained what was needed after receiving the inspection report. What I agreed to have done was completed and paid for. Arrived at 7 a.m. and left a little before noon - as expected.

Lee always provides top notch customer service every time & my car was ready before the expected time provided. Thanks to Lee & the service crew that did the labor on my car.

I came in to get my routine oil change and tire rotation. I had one of my tires plugged due to a nail. Errick and Robert made sure I was safe on the road by going out of their way to get me a safe tire. They even stayed past closing time. I’m grateful to be apart of the Honda family.

Goins Lee was very helpful and efficient in getting my vehicle taken care of. I have been very happy with the service provided by both him and Nalley. Honda South could use some of Nalley’s customer service knowledge.
