Mr. Tutt eased the pain of being without my 2009 Accord for 3 days. Had to have my it towed to Nalley Tues evening & was relieved Thurs when Tutt took over as svc advisor when he recognized my name. I trust his advice & his team of mechanics came thru with the svc needed to make my car run.

Service Department has great customer service. The only thing I wish is the timing. When you have an appointment; the wait time takes two hours or more.

Initially, my experience was less than stellar. Upon my arrival, I found myself standing in the garage, waiting for assistance without a single greeting or sign of interest from anyone around. This lack of attention led me to refrain from returning for some time. Fortunately, everything changed when Errick intervened. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, showing genuine care and making me feel like a top priority.
