Marty is great to work with. My concern is that I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, on (10/24), waited for two hours and 45 minutes, and you waited until Wednesday (10/28) to send me an email stating that I recently brought my vehicle in and that you noticed that I needed an alignment. Yet, the multipoint inspection showed all was well with my vehicle and no one mentioned this while I was at your dealership. Not good!
