Tori and Ayman at Nalley were spectacular. We were able to do most of the paperwork via email/text, so we didn’t have to spend hours at the dealership. Tori went out of her way to help us, all the way down to showing us how to pair our phones. She answered all of our questions and just went above and beyond. Chris Wilkins, the GM, was also very kind and personable. This is our second purchase from Nalley and I’m sure we’ll be going back in the future.
