I came to Nalley Honda for an oil and air filter change. I ended up having to have a major mileage service, which included additional services. Lee is my service advisor and assisted me. He provided courteous service and my wait wasn’t too bad. I continue to work with Lee for his wonderful customer service and friendly demeanor. He’s always professional and he is a genuine person.

The service was excellent. Karim explained everything that was needed to be done to my car. Very professional.

I was disappointed with the behavior of Mr Mohammed. He accepted my cay when I came in for service this morning and for whatever reason he transferred my car to another person to be my advisor. Mr Mohammed should have informed me that he doesn’t want to be my advisor despite the fact that my appointment was with him. I was called to pick my car and I stood in front of Mr Mohammed’s desk for about 5 minutes and was ignored and nobody informed me about a change in advisor. I believe courtesy and good customer services demand I be informed and not just waiting with no one attending to me. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing for his bad customer service he just told me I did not call you, go to this other guy. I have 3 Honda cars and I probably will not be servicing them at that dealership again. Mr Ellard was more polite and provided better customer service.
