The wait was short and the assistant Lee is always courteous and friendly when I need help. My car was finished earlier than required and they always recommended the maintenance of whatever my car needs so I want have issues later on.

Goins Lee is like family. When I drive in the bay, he ALWAYS greets me, Hey Ms Johnson. Even with Covid19 and the masks, he still recognizes me. His customer service is impeccable and exemplary. I trust him and know that my auto will be serviced right! If I could rate him a 10, I would. And I love the added touch of washing the outside of my car on each service. I use another Atlanta area Honda and they don’t do that! Might I suggest you all vacuum out the driver side. I have seen some debris left over from the service guy. Just wondering ??? Keep up the great customer service Nalley Honda!
