The agent I worked with, A'Darius, was great! He was very personable and welcoming. The finance agent Jo and Jeff were very memorable. Just a little feedback: find something for clients to do during the waiting process, which can be the longest process. Maybe games or T.V. while waiting. Also if any request a client makes will change the loan, APR rating, or any change, keep the client up to date along the process. All changes need to be communicated so client is aware. Also even though process can be routine for the sales team, make sure checks and balances of paperwork is done before letting client leave. Receiving a call that payment not received can cause unnecessary worry.
