The service at Nalley Honda is always superior! My Service Advisor, Karim Easley, delivered top notch customer service that left a lasting impression on me. He went over beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied during my visit. In addition, I was blown away at how very attentive and accommodating the service manager Zahir was. He greeted me immediately and assured me someone would be with me shortly.
