Very courteous to me. Explained beforehand that a simple oil change would take 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Unfortunately I wasn't able to leave since there's no shuttle. I definitely will explore a quick oil change next time.

Service was fine but my car was ready and sitting there for a few minutes before they let me know. Once i brought it to Mr. Tutts attention he said he had 2 people in front of me and to wait. I waited another 10 minutes before he called me to pay for my oil change. When i got to my car my car was co.pletely dry from the carwash that told me its been sitting for awhile.
