After reading other reviews, I was concerned to proceed with Nalley, but their price was too good to ignore. It was much better than the 5 or 6 North Atlanta dealerships I checked with. I negotiated via email and the dealer was responsive and fair with adding (or removing) items if they did not have them in stock. I have no experience with their service department, but buying a car from Nalley Honda was fairly headache-free and I was in and out in under an hour (which included financing). While masks were required, I saw several indoors without masks on which was disappointing. However, the people I say with inside all had masks on. Based on the price and the quick experience, I would buy from Nalley again!
