The service is excellent however the way Honda hits you with every little charge is getting old. I'm sure you will say it is every brand but $20 for wipers and $40 to install ? If you really cared you would itemize BEFORE hand and offer ways to save loyal clients money. This is my 5th Honda and I will be looking for another vehicle soon. Wonder if it's time to branch out and see how Toyota or Nissan treat their clients
