DeShawn was a very professional service personnel. He explained all what I needed to do to ensure my car continues to run smoothly.

Reps were all professional and courteous. Lee was particularly helpful. The wait time was longer then expected, however was advised meetings were taking place during business hour's. Not a good idea.

The service was extensive and ended up taking overnight. However I was provided with a car. It did take longer on the 2nd day but it was thorough. Well satisfied. There was 1 item hanging down in the wheel well that apparently came down as I was driving out of town the day I picked up the car, but a family member was able to fix after I arrived. All in all, very satisfied with the service.
