As soon as I arrived into the service bay area, I walked up to the desk when my service person greeted me with a smile. We exchanged courteous greetings and concerns. Then he asked information of me and said he will take care of my needs in which I needed an oil change. He was very professional, friendly and polite. Thank you for being so kind.

With having a 7:00 reservation to have 4 tires mounted and an alignment, it took a few more hours than I expected.

My experience was great, my auto advisor was pleasant, professional and had a good sense of humor. He was knowledgeable and polite to me over the phone and in person upon my arrival.

I have serviced my vehicle here several times and have always had great service with Lee. Always so accommodating and good communication on the status of my vehicle. Will continue to request him and take my vehicle here for future needs.

Excellent customer service

Deshawn provided information accurately. Kept me updated throughout the process. I was satisfied with my work. They washed my car but could have vacuumed just for the added touch. But I know it isnt required so I'm not holding it against them on my feedback.
