Great customer service from the time I arrived. G. Lee was thorough in caring for my vehicle. I drove away feeling secure in my travels til my next service call.

Tutt is extremely professional and always a pleasure to work with... However.... I came into the dealership because of a specific sound i was hearing once I started to accelerate... Although i had other issues that needed to be assessed, this specific sound was prominent and needed to be addressed... I left my vehicle overnight and had my brakes replaced and water pump replaced... I was told the sound i was hearing was due to the brakes... Ive paid about 1300 dollars to hopefully alleviate these issues... The cars brakes are working great now HOWEVER the nuisance of a sound IS STILL THERE... I dont have time this weekend to come back and its too late to call Tutt directly... I just feel some what dooped and disappointed.. Ill be back next week to get this rectified
