My service was fast and professional.

The service was fine. My only is that the tire pressure gauge was not reset. That is a difficult feature to maneuver, so I would have appreciated attention to that detail.

I showed up with no appointment because of a dead battery. My service man Marty took excellent care of me, as he always does. Thanks Nalley Honda

Our experience is ALWAYS enjoyable and effective when both of our Hondas are serviced. Karim Easley, is our principal service advisor and served us and our Hondas since 2004. While many other dealerships change service advisors like many humans change socks, it's always great to have consistency, continuity, and awesome care for our vehicles. The service department was quite busy so Nalley Executive Management needs to give strong consideration for bringing back many service department employees who had to be furloughed to meet the car serving demands. Last, I travel over 60 miles (round trip distance) to have our two Hondas serviced. Two other Honda dealerships are within an 8 mile radius of my residence where I could visit for service. We choose to drive the extra distance strictly because of the items articulated in the first two paragraphs above. I could also use these two closer dealerships for our new car purchases. We also choose Nalley Honda for our purchase needs based on our prior positive experiences for what has now been 5 Honda vehicles during an over 25 year period.

Good customer service. I would've rated a 5 but I didn't see one of those paper floor mats in my car.
