My customer service rep (Lee... Not sure if it's his first or last name) was very courteous as well as professional. He explained my wait time as soon as I arrived. The projected time of completion was accurate. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Services were slower today. However, I still received that good Nalley customer service. I do understand about being short staffed. Customer service satisfaction was just fine.
