Great customer service excellence provided by my service advisor Mr. Marty Ellard on the replacement of my alternator and battery on my 2009 Honda Accord EX-VL on my service visit on Thursday June 18, 2020 and exceptional, excellent, and great work done by my service technician and the shop foreman Mr. Dwight (D.J.) Killeen who did the replacing of my alternator and battery and his accessibility in answering my questions before and after the work was completed and done.
