I didn't have an appointment. I took a chance by just walking in. The technician told me it could take up to 3 hours. Due to COVID 19 I've become used to long waits, so I decided to wait. It didn't in fact take 3 hours nor 2 hours. I was in and out in an hour and a half. I reallly appreciate that. Great job Nalley!
