Pleasant. Professionals. Comfortable. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Cognitive of wait time. Timely updates. No pushy sales gimmicks. The Service Mgr. Rob Holman checked in w existing customers to see how we were while waiting. GREAT customer attentiveness . Lee was nice and informative. My Usu guy, MO, was off and he was a good choice for today. Very nice person. My car runs like a dream! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this service team.
