Good service. But no car cleaning

Marty, my service technician is always pleasant and informative. He helps me to understand anything that has been done, as well as anything that needs to be done.

My name is Evan Henry and my # is (864) 506-1665. I came in for an emergency tire repair on my new Honda after having a blow out on the interstate and finding your dealership on google. We were told my the rep who set up the appointment that we could be fit right in. We waiting almost 3 hours on our car for a single tire replacement. I understand you were busy, but we’ve never had to wait as long as we did. Overall the service was great and the service rep did a fine job of handling the process. But we just wanted to mention the longer than normal wait time.

Zahir Muhammad always takes care of my care and educates me on what needs to be done and why it's necessary. He's been my service advisor for awhile and I am most pleased with service every time I visit.
