My first-time experience at Nalley Honda was great. Goins Lee is an excellent service advisor and was persistent while working with my warranty provider to get things approved on their end. He kept me updated as needed and answered any questions I had. The mechanic(s) did a great job as well, my car is running better than before & all repairs were handled in a timely manner. I will be returning!

Wait time for an oil change was 2 hours (too long)!

I needed repair work for the AC on my Honda Pilot. As I waited for the repairs my service manager, Marty, kept me updated on the progress made and how much time it would take until completed. My questions were answered and prices quoted for the work proposed. As always, my service experience was very positive.
